Who We Are

A Printing House Structured Like an Institution.

Trust Core Press Ltd. was established on a straightforward premise: that printing and packaging at national scale is not a craft business — it is a manufacturing discipline. It demands capital equipment, documented process control, defensible governance, and leadership that answers directly to the client.

From our facility at 7/A/1, Tejgaon Industrial Area, we operate integrated production lines across four verticals — educational publishing, packaging, garment accessories, and commercial printing. Every job moves through the same controlled workflow: verified pre-press, calibrated colour management, inline inspection, and documented despatch.

The result is a partner our clients can build annual production plans around, not simply place orders with.

“We do not ask clients to trust our promises. We ask them to inspect our floor, review our documentation, and hold us to our delivery schedule.” — AR Sumon, Managing Director

The Difference Is Measured, Not Described.

01

Consistency Under Volume

Anyone can produce a good first sheet. Automated registration control, closed-loop colour measurement and continuous inline inspection are what keep sheet number four hundred thousand identical to it.

02

Schedules You Can Plan Around

Lead times are committed at order confirmation, tracked against production milestones, and reported to you proactively. If a schedule is at risk, you hear it from us first — with a recovery plan attached.

03

Compliance That Survives Audit

Material declarations, certified substrate options, safe-ink policy and documented process records — prepared to the standard your international buyers and institutional auditors will demand.

Facility & Technology

Automation Is Not a Feature. It Is the Guarantee.

Manual print operations carry a hidden cost: variance. Colour drifts between shifts, registration shifts between runs, and reject rates climb precisely when volumes rise. We removed that risk at the equipment level.

Our Tejgaon facility runs automated offset and digital production lines with computer-controlled ink density, automatic plate loading, closed-loop registration and inline quality inspection. Job parameters are captured digitally and recalled exactly on reorder — so your third production run matches your first without a fresh round of proofing.

Downstream, automated finishing handles die-cutting, folding, gluing, laminating and binding at line speed. Fewer manual touchpoints means fewer defects, shorter throughput times and a lead time we can commit to in writing.

From Enquiry to Despatch — A Process You Can Track.

01

Consultation & Specification

We establish quantity, substrate, finish, tolerance and delivery window in writing. If your specification can be improved on cost or durability, we tell you before quoting — not after.

02

Quotation & Confirmation

A transparent, itemised quotation with a committed production schedule. Most quotations are issued within 24 working hours of receiving complete artwork and specifications.

03

Pre-Press & Sampling

Digital proofing, plate preparation and — where required — physical samples or die-line dummies for your written approval before any production plate goes on press.

04

Automated Production

Scheduled production with inline quality inspection. Milestone updates are issued proactively; site inspection can be arranged for major accounts.

05

Finishing, QC & Despatch

Final quality clearance against the approved sample, protective packing, complete documentation, and delivery to your nominated location or port.

Sustainability & Compliance

Responsible Production Is a Commercial Requirement Now.

International buyers no longer treat environmental and ethical compliance as a bonus. It is a condition of doing business — and it is verified. We built our operating standards accordingly.

We offer FSC-certified and recycled paper stocks across all four verticals, print with low-VOC soy and vegetable-based inks, and operate a documented waste-segregation and recycling programme that diverts trimmings, spoilage and used plates from landfill. Water-based coatings and recyclable substrate options are available on request for packaging clients with take-back or recyclability obligations.

Our workforce commitments are equally documented: lawful employment, safe working conditions, fair wages, no child or forced labour, and a written anti-corruption policy applied across all procurement.

When your buyer's compliance team asks for evidence, we supply it — in the format they require.

Built on Capacity. Governed by Accountability.

The people, the principles and the plant behind Trust Core Press Ltd.

Our Company

An Industrial Answer to an Industrial Requirement.

The demand profile of Bangladesh's education sector, retail brands and export manufacturers has changed faster than the country's print supply base. Buyers now require higher volumes, tighter tolerances, faster turnarounds and — increasingly — documentation that survives an international compliance audit.

Trust Core Press Ltd. was structured to meet that profile directly. We invested in automated offset and digital production, precision finishing, and a quality management framework before we scaled our order book — not after. That sequence is deliberate. It is why we are able to commit to lead times rather than estimate them, and why our output remains consistent across a first run of five hundred and a repeat run of five hundred thousand.

Leadership That Signs Its Name to the Work.

Trust Core Press Ltd. operates under the direct stewardship of AR Sumon, Managing Director — with an executive structure deliberately kept close to the production floor. Major accounts have direct access to leadership, not a layer of intermediaries.

Our governance framework rests on four commitments:

1. Contractual Transparency.

Specifications, materials, tolerances, milestones and pricing are documented before production begins. No mid-run substitutions without written client approval.

2. Financial Discipline.

Long-horizon capital planning, disciplined reinvestment into plant and technology, and stable supplier relationships that insulate our clients from raw-material volatility.

3. Ethical Operations.

Lawful employment practices, safe working conditions, fair wages, and a documented anti-corruption and conflict-of-interest position across all procurement.

4. Client Confidentiality.

Artwork, designs, tooling, pricing and commercial terms are held in strict confidence. NDAs are executed as standard for new-product and pre-launch work.

Our Mission

To deliver printing and packaging of dependable, repeatable quality at industrial volume — enabling Bangladeshi publishers, brands and exporters to compete on standards, cost and speed in any market they enter.

Our Vision

To be recognised as Bangladesh’s most technically capable and most auditable print and packaging manufacturer — the default partner for organisations that cannot afford variance.

Our Values

Precision — measured, not claimed. Accountability — one owner per job, from artwork to despatch. Longevity — decisions made for the next decade, not the next quarter. Responsibility — to our workforce, our clients, and the environment we operate in.

Why Institutional Buyers Standardise on Trust Core Press

Genuine Multi-Vertical Capacity

Books, cartons, tags and commercial print from a single vendor, on a single purchase order and one point of accountability.

Automation-Led Consistency

Machine-controlled registration and inline colour management remove operator variance from the equation.

Contracted Lead Times

Schedules are committed at order confirmation and tracked against production milestones you can see.

Export-Grade Documentation

Material declarations, compliance certificates and despatch records prepared to buyer-audit standard.

Scalable Order Handling

Sampling and short runs through to multi-lakh volume production, without changing supplier.

Direct Executive Access

Escalation reaches leadership the same day. Always.

Four Verticals. One Production Standard.

Most buyers arrive needing one thing and discover they can consolidate three. Our four production lines share the same pre-press discipline, the same colour management framework and the same delivery accountability — which means fewer vendors, fewer variables and a single point of escalation.
